RETURN POLICY & SHIPPING POLICY

You may return most new items for a full refund less re-stock fee within 30 days of delivery. Mustang seats have a 5 day return policy. All apparel (Helmets, Gloves, Jackets, Jerseys etc:) 15% re-stock with no exceptions ie: sizing chart errors. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and obtain an Return Goods Authorization number and fill out our Return Form.

All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We ask that you do not write on boxes for items cannot be re-sold in this condition. The re-stock fee will be waived if items are damaged, defective or the wrong item is sent. Thank you for shopping at Motorcycle Online Store.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

1. Items must be returned in original packaging.
2. Writing on original packaging.
3. Missing their serial number or UPC
4. Special orders (returned at our discretion)
5. Returned more then 30 days after delivery
6. Returned without notification
